ABOUT THE
CANADIAN SANATAN MISSION
In early 2025, some devoted individuals came together with a shared vision: to create a spiritual and cultural sanctuary rooted in the eternal values of Sanatan Dharma. From this heartfelt intention, the Canadian Sanatan Mission was born — right here in the heart of Toronto, the capital of Ontario, Canada.
What began as a simple idea among friends has grown into a vibrant and inclusive community dedicated to dharma, seva (selfless service), and sanskar (cultural values).
The first sacred murtis to be welcomed into our space are:
Shri Ram – the embodiment of divine innocence and righteousness
Hanuman Ji – the symbol of strength, devotion, and unwavering faith
Ganesh Ji – the remover of obstacles and harbinger of wisdom
These deities form the spiritual foundation of our Mission and guide our journey forward.
The Canadian Sanatan Mission is not just a place of worship—it is a living, breathing community. Through:
Spiritual learning rooted in the teachings of our scriptures
Guided practices in devotion, dhyana, and bhakti-centered living
Celebrations of Sanatan festivals and traditions
We aim to nurture a sense of belonging, purpose, and inner peace for all.
With your continued support and blessings, we aspire to build:
A cultural learning center
Spaces for spiritual retreat and contemplation
Facilities for seniors and youth engagement
Together, we will ensure that the eternal flame of Sanatan Dharma continues to shine brightly for generations to come.
